That’s cool. I am still trying to learn how to wrap. I have been collecting guides from ones people have thrown out on broken rods at Ferry Point.

I am planning to go to Pacifica Pier early morning July 4th. I have been doing summer school everyday (weekdays) until the end of next week. Looking to see a passed RICA July 5th around 10pm.

New Concept Jig I am working on.......This one is 1 1/2oz but I can make them up to 4oz..........Should be killer on Near Shore Rockfish on Light Tackle DSCN0002.JPG

Just got the Molds to make Do-It Casting Spoons in 1 1/2, 2 and 3oz sizes......These suckers cast like rockets and they WILL FISH......Photos Later

Cool! I was looking at one of those molds yesterday. Then I realized that I don’t have time to borrow my brothers pot and pour at the moment.

I have made a deal with a few friends now.....They buy the molds, mold supplies, and lead, and I will do all the melting and pouring for them that they need.......I keep the molds when done and restock them at need......

my 2 cents ... have seen & tried spoons from that mold ... don't recommend them ... just a slab of lead.
jigging/casting are not strong do-it strong points ... their molds are old old school.
For the best, go west to japan/asian designs.

THOSE molds are 4x as much per unit though......I am on a budget with my car payment so I use what I can afford......and these lures will work fine with the right retrieve..........I am also experimenting with making some that look hammered.......THAT is still a work in progress
