It was far and few in between the decent days to fish. with the rough surf and strong sidewash it makes it very difficult to fish. just have to adopt whatever mother nature throw at us.

I'm assuming you were off the beaten path on that one! With the local perch you are, generally, lucky if they are the size of your hand!

yes, you are some sort of correct. given its winter up here in Northern Ca. It is not a whole lot of perch to catch right now. but if you do catch, they are big.
