I was able to finally able to get out to the Belmont pier this morning for a couple hours, fishing was mostly slow very few people fishing maybe half dozen people.I was able to catch three smelt two were good size and two sardines on a two hook tiny green sabiki ,i was also using frozen sardines and market shrimp no takers ..I used one sardine and one small smelt for live bait reverse dropper loop on the bottom one hit on the smelt scrapes along the tail section maybe halibut .Any way it was a nice day good to get out spring is around the corner . thanks good fishing
