One of my favorite bait shops, Wylie's in Malibu, with one of my favorite people, Ginny Wylie, has finally opened after being closed for two months. But, for the time being, curbside deliver only.

Ginny said the beach parking lots are closed but the side of the road is clogged with parked cars. People can swim and surf in the ocean, and walk along the wet sand, but cannot fish or walk on the dry sand. Not sure how you get to the wet sand without walking on the dry sand. As for enforcement, basically none.
