Only one sign - some spawning foam from somewhere. Question is: from where?

Feels herrings passed us this year.

Second year in row - no sand dabs, no herring, no commercial boats (main sign)...

AT 4:54 PM4:30 nothing at Paradise, but Elephant Rock has major bird action. Pelicans and gulls feeding on something out of reach. Wish I brought a rod.
