Yesterday, on Balboa Pier, we had lots of bait and lots of strikes. The best part was that I got two keeper halibut. One was 26 inches and that other one an hour later was 23 inches. Oh are we going to have a good meal Saturday. I did eat a half fillet last night, and it was delicious. My fishing buddy caught two 18 inch halibut as well.. Hope next week is as good.
