Trinidad at the end of the Month

Going to be camping at Patricks Point at the end of the month.....If I can get internet and the weather gods smile......You can expect reports from Trinidad Pier, Agate Beach, and Gold Bluffs Beach......Only taking 3 rods for a 10 day trip......That is UNHEARD OF for me

One thing I should mention.......Is that because of the difficulty of transporting fresh bait on a camping trip I plan to do some pretty heavy experimenting with a variety of different Power Baits and GULP products for Surfperch and Rockfish following the lead of Youtube poster PK YI from Oregon and others.....Tube Worms are still my go to for the Greenling though.......Even if they are pretty gross........I just wish I could find a good place to pump live bait up there......but years of lugging arounf a shrimp pump on my trips has not given me much success in that area

CRAP.........I used to get them at Longs in Arcata........or the one in Eureka

Maybe they are still there. I used to get my tube worms at Bucksport but they haven't had them lately.

I tend not to patronize Bucksport.......LONG Story
