Traveling to Catalina — at risk?

I was told one boat is in San Diego for engine work.

The parking as of 3/25 is $22.00 instead of $19.00.

The commadore Lounge is $20.00 from $15.00.

The tickets will be going up next month. No figure yet, so I bought two booklets at current prices.

The question is if the fleet will be grounded and unavailable in the future. No boats no transportation to Catalina.
