steam the crab

steamed dungenous crabs
  1. get yourself a mexican tamale steamer or chinese stove top steamer, XXXL size
  2. put water and boil
  3. maybe boil outside on your grill
  4. on the dry tray inside, put the LIVE crabs in
  5. sprinkle them crabs with old bay seasoning, whole bunch
  6. cover steamer
  7. let em cook for 30-40 minutes until it looks like cooked crab from red lobsters
  8. done
tips:
Crabs have to be alive. duh
Either keep them cool in sea water or over ice
If they in sea water they will expel the sand from themselves over time
if they in fresh water, they will get mushy from osmosis
