Fished the end of pier all morning. Heavy wind which picked up at 10:00 sending most fisherman to the surf zone for croaker. Red tide (brown in color) all around pier. Between the wind and red tide managed to catch and release the following:
1 Moray Eel.
1 Calico Bass.
1 Sand Bass.
1 Scorpionfish.
1 Lizardfish.
2 Salema.
Catching the Moray eel was a first for me.
A few Yellowfin croaker caught in the surf zone by fisherman.
Overall tough morning on the pier.
