Seal Beach Pier 1/1/23

#1
It's been ages since I've gone out to fish the piers, so decided to try on New Year's Day with a break in the rain. Didn't get out til about 10:00. Not many people fishing since it was terribly windy and cold. Ended up catching about a dozen smelt and one large thornback ray on a chunk of market shrimp. Didn't see anyone else catch anything. Not much, but scratched the itch a bit!
