Otherwise it may have the bench-grinder effect on your insides.🙂

Scrub the heck out of them with a toothbrush too just to make sure. Hmm. Sand.. Fiber... Is there a mineral version of Fiber? Maybe it'll catch on and be a new type of cleanse or something.
