Hayabusa is my go to for sabiki.

also, SABIKI is not pronounced SA BEEEE KEEEEE.

It is pronounce SA-BIH-KI.
SA like starting the word "SAWHORSE", BI as in "BITTER", KI as in "KICK"

Love this morning lesson! Adding some non-fish flair to this, SAKE and KARAOKE are not pronounced SAAAA KIIII and KAAAA RAAAA O KIIII. The ending "KE" is pronounced as "KE" as in "KEG". Also "SA" instead of "SAAAAA" ("KA" instead of "KAAAAA"). Finally, Hayabusa also means Falcon!
