Yeah, The Spoon has been closed off for sometime now and continues to be closed off. I see some people launch kayaks at Marin Rod and Gun and then cross under the freeway to the north side and fish the area.
There are some who park in the public parking area of MR&G Club area and walk back to the to rockwall along the freeway and fish.

Shore access has always been a problem...…...Is there ANY shore access in Marin anymore where you can park and fish without paying a fee or risking getting run off by the police....Other than Fort Baker
