Public Docks in OC Harbors?

Anybody know of any public access fishing spots in Orange County harbors? I have only really been to one on Balboa peninsula, and that spot has been put on a tremendous amount of pressure to the point that all I have ever caught there are smelt, mackerel, and rock wrasse.

There is a map put out by the city of Newport Beach that shows the various docks and those still open to anglers (many are not). However, I gave my only copy to Hashem. If I had it I would copy and post it. Perhaps it's on the Internet? There is also, I believe, at least one dock in Huntington Harbor open to fishing.
