People keeping illegal fish

I have seen more and more people keeping illegal white seabass and calico bass on Oceanside pier lately, but Department of Fish and Game don't show up when you call them, make me so mad.

Keep reporting violators. It is frustrating. I've made many calls to the Tip Line "Poachers" and sent text messages.
