Went there at around 2pm fished until 8pm. Was throwing squid on a shark and ray setup with a fish finder rig. No stripers or halibut landed or hooked. Saw about 10 bat rays, 5 dogfish and 5 leopard sharks between 4 anglers. 2 guys were catching most of the rays and sharks, including a shovel nose guitar fish. Must be because they casted really far out. All were using squid. Took home an average bat ray, and 2 36” sharks, a leopard and a dogfish. Saw only one smelt caught today. Those 2 guys also said that they had landed a decent size shovelnose ealier in the morning, and 2 big bat rays.
