Went there at around 4 today, left at around 6. Caught a small bat ray and a small 7 gill shark. The other guys on the pier caught about 3 smoothhounds, 2 small rays and a 7 gill in the 2 hours I was there. A guy who was fishing a high low with shrimp caught about 15 jacksmelt since he came at 11. Somehow one of the guys fishing for shark caught a sea snail. Other than that, no halibut or strippers were seen.
