It appears the Message Board is up and running and people are able to register. However, I still have some work to do, perhaps a lot of work, before it is finished.
The plan is to have both the original message board (1998-2006) and the 2nd message board (2006-2018) available as an archive. The threads will be readable but no one will be able to add to the threads. Not sure when Rich will be done.
