Odd patch Belmont Pier

Great patch, Ken. As a fisher at Belmont pier in my youth, I'm intrigued by the fish pictured. Any I.D.? My guess is that it's some sort of mutated pupfish. Just an educated guess since pupfish are the only species that can blink. The one on the patch is a whopper; it tore out a honkin' chunk of railing, as we old timers used to say.
