My recent DIY lures/flies

Just made some lures/flies. Lures are airbrushed, then a clear coat of UV resin.

Did you make your own mold for the vertical jigs?.......One almost looks like it has an abalone veneer.....nice......I am prototyping 2 sizes of Jigs out of craft sticks glues together before I make a mold from them........Looks like a Mixture of Plaster of Paris.....Silica Powder and Floor Acrylic (NO....I AM NOT KIDDING) is the recommended mix for the mold....Some spray the outside with BBQ Paint to protect from moisture.......

I have been looking on Amazon and Ebay for lure making supplies and design ideas.....You can go BANKRUPT just looking at all the sweet Prism Foils out there.......

No, I did not make my own mold. It's from Shawn Collins, on Ebay. Good luck with your mold making adventure. Post some pics when you are done.
