I see the Jack in the Box in the distance where I parked my car the 1 visit I’ve had to that pier. Shame that they closed off the end to fishing. I assume Rubys had ben closed. I don’t remember the pier be to welcoming to pier anglers before (like being in the way). But I’d love to pull a magnum sized, mackeral-patterned, crank bait behind a kayak at the end of that pier at the right time of year for thresher shark.
