Was driving on 101 today and I think I saw a few guys with rods on the holders on Brisbane pier. Is it open? I’d like to get out there and fish if it isn’t too crowded.

I believe you are referring to the Sierra Point Yacht Harbor Pier (Hwy 101 just south of Candlestick). Can’t say for sure but I believe it to be. I saw a kid on “Fishbrain” with photos of bat rays that looked like Sierra to me (Aka Brisbane Pier).
