Another trip rock hopping on the breakwater. Caught and released about six Jacksmelt. Caught and kept a dozen Pacific Chub Mackerel. Couldn't entice any other types of local fish that frequent the breakwater. Used a high/low rig, size 4 hooks and combination of baits - mussel, shrimp, squid and anchovy.
Another fisherman caught some Opaleye using mussel. A third fisherman caught and released a keeper Calico Bass using squid.
