I've also had success with the Daiso jigs. They are a great substitute for Coltsnipers.

So, a little heavier than 1/2 ounce. I imagine the green color is the best for mackerel?

I think just online, in the store it is $1.75.

I went to Daiso today (in Kearney Mesa) and picked up with 2 jig heads - jig heads with split ring with a treble hook. They come in 11g and 14g and I got one of each. If I have time I'll remove the treble and swap to single inline otherwise I'll fish as is.
