Well, my hands were full carrying bags, so I did not take any pictures.

Outside of the convection Center was like a race track, getting ready for the yearly racing.

Admission was $20.00, but I renewed my membership with CCA for $60.00 and got an entry ticket and a goodie bag. There is a hat, and other goodies that I have not check them out yet.

Hot dog $10.00, beer (I think) $15.00. Well drinks $16.00, a sort of burger, chips and cup of coffee and tax $25.00.

A lot of people at the show, but some of the big venders including Cedros Outdoor Adventure booths were half size.

Many venders uncertain how many people will be there.

As usual Turner's had their usual big area and some sales.

I got some lures and small stuff.

Hard to say Bret Hall Show after so many years of Fred Hall Show.

Thanks for the report.

I understand the Fred Hall shows have been going for a long time, but like so many things nowadays, it seems the world is changing. I hope these sorts of shows will endure to promote the sport, but who knows?
I bought my first Jigmaster at Zody's, so I know that times change.

My pleasure.

Well, my guess is that Bart Hall does not have any control over the cost of parking, beer, hamburger, or rental of the space from Convention Center.

They decide on the cost of entry perhaps, but with free admissions for the 12 years and under
goes a long way to help. And of course, the cost of the booth rental for the merchants.

My disappointment is that when a fishing related merchants leave usually a hunting related merchant takes over.
Though this year I did not see as many hunting related merchants.

It is not that I am against hunting, but this show is known as a fishing related (Convention) Show.

For me personally it is a yearly reunion with old friends. As member of UPSAC, I started volunteering their on 2006.
Then when we could not afford a booth, I started to help out at the Cedros Outdoor Adventure booth.
Not as employee, but their "yelp"!! A happy customer.
