The entire pier is now open to fishing. There is some residual construction work around the boat dock area.
Today, Queenfish target species at midpoint of pier for some fisherman. The bite was sporadic. Knowledgeable fisherman landing some.
I fished the end of pier for the morning bite. Caught Topsmelt, Jacksmelt and a few Mackerel. Used live smelt and caught a 13" Sandbass. The smelt were the predominant catch.
