The Mackerel Age has finally dawned upon us this day, Holy Mackerel, they are everywhere, big ones, fun for everybody people with buckets and buckets filled to the brim, blood everywhere it's like a warzone People standing at arm's length to each other, it was combat fishing I tell ya, I have PTSD from this day, fun though!!!!!

When the mackerel arrive the pier can become crowded. Of course now only one side of the pier is open so perhaps even more crowded.
