Trip south...

Trying to plan a trip to the southland and thinking the last week in February but it's always tough this time of the year since the weather is so unpredictable. I'll keep you guys informed so that if anyone wants to meet up maybe we can make it happen.

March 6th-9th is the Pacific Coast Fishing Show.
I am waiting to hear from the Seacrest Inn for room rates in early March.

I missed the Bart Hall Show, which apparently was not good at all.

I also plan to visit the Pacific Coast Fishing Show (03/06-09) in Orange County. Not sure what day though.

I am driving down on 3/16 and need to take some materials to San Clemente. Will stay the night somewhere around Long Beach, travel to Catalina the next morning. Coming back on Wednesday and then hope to head north and would like to visit the Ventura Pier, Stearns Wharf, and Goleta before heading home.

I've been one of the primary caretakers for my father who is getting close to the end of a battle with stage IV cancer so
haven't hit the water in the last 8 or 9 months...

Please post plenty of pics of your expeditions for me to fish vicariously through!
