Was looking through the regulation booklet today and it has become quite a document with seemingly more and more data, information, and pictures each year. For some it may be overkill and hard to understand but it should answer most questions that people have. I was wondering though if it is published in Spanish? Given the number of anglers who profess a lack of knowledge of the rules, and the fact that many speak little English, it would seem that there should be a Spanish edition.*
