Hit the AM again, 5AM got there, set up on right side as left was taken. Slow morning, left side had the current their way and most of the mackerel I got only 1 for a few hours of work, like 1 hour before leaving i managed to scrape by with about 8 that I took for bait. I SAW A sunken BOAT, i saw 1 boat drive past it and slowed down, was gonna call harbor police but jose hooked up and i got distracted. After we landed it I saw harbor police come guarding it for seatow to arrive. Hopefully they are safe. Saw Jose catch a very nice soupfin shark, very large on mackerel. Left to go to imperial beach from intel from friends, it was mixed opinions so I walked with no gear and I glanced by and left. Went to go fish the bay for about 5 hours. Left with 1 leopard shark, 1 diamond ray, biggest diamond I have landed.

watched a carrier dissapear into the fog. pretty mind blowing

I have been fishing everyday for about almost 2 weeks now, debating if I take a exploratory trip somewhere any suggestions? Preferable a easy place to park not get broken into and a bathroom nearby. I like crystal pier but the bathroom being far away and being solo is kind of hard.

Nice fish both for you and Jose. As for suggestions, depends upon how far you want to travel. I assume the Embarcadero Marina Pier is safe and productive. Meanwhile Oceanside and San Clemente both have ample parking and restrooms on the pier.
