HappySunday fellow pier rats,
This morning I headed down to Seal Beach pier in search for some "ShaRays " from 4 AM - 7 AM. Fishing from the end of the pier (Back Right Corner), l yielded 3 thornback rays, and 1 bat ray (pictured below). It was chilly this morning, but the pier was packed with anglers. Many of these other anglers were using sabiki rigs and caught many decent sized Jacksmelt. l was using a mixture of Hi-lo,3way swivel, and Fishfinder Rigs. All 4 fish were caught using frozen squid.
