Good eye, Mr. Ken! I usually catch walleyed SP, and Red Tails, but on this day all I caught were the Silvers. A little more rare for "beach" fishing is the beautiful black sea perch. Indeed, the variety of fish to be caught from shore in the Sonoma Coast State Park
is great fun!

Those are 2" "Blood" color Berkley Gulp Sand Worms - fished on a No. 2 baitholder hook.
The "Camo" color has also worked very well for me.
The Gulp bait is biodegradable, requires no refrigeration, and formulated to be very, very appealing to all kinds of surf perch.
