Is the bait and tackle shop still open on Ocean Beach Pier? If so, does anyone know if they rent equipment at a reasonable price?

fyi the end of the pier looks like it might be reopening soon. They had some scaffolding up and that is gone now. They last workers I saw were painters and haven't seen any work being done since they packed up. Painting is usually the final touch so...Idk what they're waiting for now, final inspection maybe.

Looks like it was fully opened on the 8th. Last time I was there was earlier last week when the end was still closed.
