Halibut feeding at the surface...

That is cool, one time I was fishing at the end of Oceanside pier with a high and low rig, with soft plastic 2" minnow on those 2 hooks and a 3/4oz metal spoon at the end of the rig, jigging it about 5 feet down and had a strike, it fought for a lil bit and gave up, turned out to be a legal 22" halibut, very weird I thought.
