That's really cool... Bet the canals have a better variety of fish than the canals down here. I've only seen
catfish, tilapia, and the occasional juvie striper in canals down here. I don't think they ever really go dry
though since irrigation and farming happens year round.

Yeah some areas close to town have good supplies of rainbows and browns.
