I did a (not thorough) google search of Joe Morton's filmography after seeing the original post (I loved him in Eureka which is what why I
recognized who the actor was) and didn't see it... Well, even after you posted above, I still would not have recognized it since I've never
heard of Scandal (the series). Thanks for the info! I'll have to see if it's streaming somewhere to check it out now!
