I was trying to jig up some bait to see if I could entice a halibut or striper and pulled this lil guy up. I tipped my sabiki rig with market shrimp and ended up with shiner perch. However I didnt get any bites on them. I was fishing on the SF Embarcadero area, its been dead lately.
