I’m not sure, haven’t really used it seriously yet, but it should work Carolina rigged. Might be good for perch in surf.
You can take thin lead sheeting.....cut it to shape....spray it with contact cement........and form it to the inside of the spoon for increased casting weight......and when I make my spinner blades from cans I polish them to a mirror polish with my vibrating tumbler.......or they can be painted

Like I said earlier.....If you can find the STEEL cans......they work REALLY well......But these days I usually just use stainless steel sheet, brass sheet, or silverware from WalMart or the thrift store.....
