SLOW.....

I caught one 6" female Dungie that I splashed and lost a MASSIVE Red Crab at the shore........A few keepers were caught but not many for as many rods as there were on the water.......

That's About It

Thanks for the report. Was planning on getting my crab fix over there this Saturday but chores took too long to finish. LOL
DSRTEGL, have you ever snared at Dillons Beach? I bet it would be good there. I've seen many dungee shells wash up on the shore line when perch fishing there.

Hit Campbell Cove for the low tide.......Tossed the snares for crab and while the snares soaked.......I TRIED to pump some Ghost Shrimp.......They were hard to come by.......Hit one hole and it felt like my shrimp pump hit a rock........STRANGE......Reached in the hole and pulled up a nice Washington Clam......THE FIRST THAT I HAVE EVER GOT THERE.......Repeated this strange miracle for a total of 7 Washington Clams and 1 Gaper Clam........Crabbing was SLOW.....Caught on Legal Dungie.......Was about to leave when ANOTHER Miracle Happened.......I pulled in a SHEEP CRAB in........This first I have EVER heard of this far north........Tide was coming in so I headed to the nearby bluff until my bait ran out managing to bring in one Red Crab and splash several short Dungies.........ALL WERE MISSING THEIR CLAWS........POACHING BASTARDS.........Going to boil up the crab and steam then fry the clams with chopped bacon and green onions.......GOT SOURDOUGH?????

Fished incoming......slack and the start of the outgoing for a goose egg.......only one keeper Dungie caught during the hours I was there and it had had BOTH of its claws ripped off.......I HATE POACHERS.........Windy as BLEEP and that did not help things much........MAY go out tomorrow if the wind dies down......But for now........ITS NAP TIME

Crabbed Campbell Cove until the tide started to come in.........Managed a keeper Brown Rock Crab and a Keeper Red Crab.......Splashed quite a few undersized dungies..........Once the tide came in I moved to the bluff and crabbed for a while longer........Even tried a sliding rig for sharks or rays as it is prime time for them.......Nada on the SHARAY action........Not even a single run........WEIRD........Did manage another decent red crab snaring and LOST another MASSIVE one on the retrieve.......THAT MAKE 2 DAMMIT..........This might be the last gasp for BLOWDEGA for a while........Its just been too slow to warrant more trips
