My wife says too low key and that I need to gesture more. Rich likes a comfortable, homey approach (which reflects I think pretty much how I am). Interested to see what people think.

Not too many yellowtail from piers. I've seen a few but they were all small. I have seen pictures of some really big fish from the Crystal Pier but I didn't see them in person. I should have mentioned them along with some decent-size white seabass.

I too like your clam style of delivery, Ken. On yellowtail, I have managed a decent size one from the mole few years ago belore I joined PFIC.

-Yes, I can appreciate your laid back style and no over the top hyperbole.
-It works. It is a fresh style over some that are purposely trying too hard to be entertaining and engaging.
-You sound intelligent and informative. Too many Net shows have guys catching fish and that’s all, lacking information someone else can actually use.
-There are some that are very good that show rigs and demonstrate how to tie them, bait and demonstrate the proper way to hook them, fish and the proper way to clean them.
-Good publicity for PFIC and some people actually get to see Ken Jones the book writer that only knew of your writing.

Eloquently said!

In today's world that seems to go ever faster shorter and cheaper, there aren't many thing whose value is irreplaceable. Hard-earned experience and knowledge are one of those in my view. Like a well-built machine or well-written book, they don't need flashy ad or marketing gimmicks. Values of them just seep out even if you try to hide them. All the knowledge and experience in you is it, Ken and all of you. Mr. Rogers never screamed for attention. His sincerity and quietness are those that made his show successful!

PS: 131 species? My god.
