Hit the pier at 7AM, caught 5 mackerel, some on right side I was on left side. Lots of smelt in the water, 2 sealions chasing bait slow bite though. Hooked a cormorant while i was waiting for mackerel he ate my bait and i got him released fine. Slow current not much movement , maybe 10 people on the pier mostly on the right side
