Hit the pier, 6AM caught 4 mackerel, smelt, lizard fish. Broke off what I believe is a soupfin he wrapped in main line and broke me off. Left side of pier was blocked off because port was demoing a railing that was rusted/broken, today they were drilling new holes to install a new railing.
