Thanks for the report Robert. I dug up about a dozen ghost shrimp at Bodega Bay, salted and frozen while clamming for Washington and Horseneck clams. I will check the Richmond shoreline this weekend.

Right now, we are totally obsessed with snaring Dungeness Crab since season opened in November. Hitting all beaches from Bodega Bay, Bolinas State Beach, Ocean Beach, and Pacifica Pier.

The red one is a calico by the shape of the head and mouth. Pretty common around the rocky areas near Redondo Beach, Half Moon Bay.
