I would love to finally, finally be able to surf fish. Will be near Aptos/Seacliff second half of July 2022.

1. Carolina rig, I presume?
2. Any pointers (location, tips, secrets) deeply appreciated. If you'd rather, via PM.

Forgot to add, if there are reasonably priced people that take a person out and teach them the ropes, that would be great info, too. :)

I've never fished at Seacliff, but I recommend using a long flurocarbon leader if the beach receives heavy fishing or tourist pressure. I would also use a small hook (Size 6-8).
