The technology may help but the strength comes from the people on the board and the respect shown to one another. The knowledgeable must be willing to share and those seeking knowledge must be willing to listen.

When I stated the board I hoped it would allow pier anglers to meet, share a few ideas, and grow as anglers. Little did I know the amount of information that would be shared over the years and the growth that would take place for many (including myself). But growth is rarely steady or infinite; it remains to be seen what new directions will take place in the second decade of this site.
