And where are they dumping them this year???...Last year the smolts made a nice Appetizer for the Stripers...as well the party boats that pummled them...I read an article last night how there was a barge blocking the special equiptment in Rodeo that they were goingto use to take the smolt out to sea and they might be dumpng them the bay again
