It was during a lingcod closure about 4 or 5 years ago. I believe it was the first one where we as shore anglers were aloud to keep lings while boaters were not. Anyway some dude, launching his boat, got all in my face for fishing for lings. I should have stuck one of my fish traps in his zodiak. Of course, I'm the nicest guy in the world and did no such thing.
