Who: California Fish and Game Commission

What: Adopted marine protected area regulations for the MLPA North Central Coast Study Region (Alder Creek near Point Arena in Mendocino County to Pigeon Point in San Mateo County)

When: Regulations will not go into effect on April 1, 2010; a continuation notice for the proposed changes in north central coast MPA regulations was released on March 15, 2010
