Jordona Santiago of Martinez Bait & Tackle is reporting fair fishing this week.  The winds have been a huge deterent for anglers.  The fish however, are still being marked in the Mothball Fleet.  The fifth row was the only reported giving ground.  Friday and Saturday's tides are good from about 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.   Sunday morning tides are fair but pick up to a strong incoming tide @2:00 p.m.  Wer'e hearing reports of schoolie striper along the Martinez Regional Shoreline, nothing official.  Grass shrimp was the preferred bait for the two reported sturgeon this week.    Both diamondbacks were caught at the fifth row.  Gabe Mozzetti of St. Helena caught a 49"/ 28.7 lb. sturgeon on grass at "5" and Juan Moreno of St. Helena caught a 50"/ 29.1 lb. sturgi, same place, same bait, same bat channel.
